i feel like calorie counting is just like too meticulous to be realistic for me… like if i allow myself to eat anything i just go overboard. i think my brain just prefers the challenge of not eating for as long as possible rather than the complicated measuring and planning of more lenient restricting, idk. weirdly it feels easier for me to just not eat for long periods of time… anyone else feel like this
